Like you, I also have a story that spans throughout, connecting moments of success and moments of challenges. Within me, there is both chaos and creativity coexisting. My mind, fueled by ADHD, constantly racing with thoughts and ideas, like shooting stars across the night sky. Where did I leave my coffee?!
But in this whirlwind of restless thoughts, there exists a deep understanding of pain. Through my own battles and experiences, I have come to comprehend the impact that mental health has on our lives. I've decided to stand up for and speak for people who feel better in darkness and want a kinder world.
I cannot mention this journey without acknowledging the person who ignited the spark within me - my late Dad. His wisdom and compassion are my support during difficult times. His words, displayed on my wall, serve as a reminder of the qualities that make humanity better: patience, kindness, and the unwavering resolve to never give up.
I embrace life's twists and turns, finding strength in challenges and growing through highs and lows. Tough times reveal our resilience and help us evolve.

Our aim: change perceptions of Energy Work & its reputation. Science backs the benefits, despite skepticism. Education and Qualified practitioners are vital in this field.

Every day there's a session where I find myself saying: "You can't make this up!"

From my experiences, I have gained valuable insight into both mental preparation and physical rehabilitation, aiding in the restoration of your mindset. My personal journey began at a young age when my father became paralyzed as a result of guillain-barre syndrome coming from a flu shot. Growing up in the ICU it taught me the power of love and energy,
