Check to see where your session is being held as there may be bolsters and blankets already available for you. Otherwise, we recommend you bring the following to your session:
A yoga or pilates mat to lay on and create your personal space
A comfy blanket
Bolster or pillow(s) to put under your knees for extra back support
Water
Journal (optional)
Eye pillow (optional)
Wear or bring layers of clothing as temperatures may fluctuate (optional)
Box of tissues (optional)
